During the free site visit we look at how exposed the balcony is and specify the fixing accordingly — the right bracket and mounting surface, and side channels or weighted bases where a blind would otherwise lift and flap. Where a balcony is very exposed, we will tell you honestly which options are and are not suitable rather than fitting something that will not survive.

We specify moisture and weather resistant materials suited to semi-outdoor conditions. Full exposure to driving rain is unusual in most UAE balconies, but tell us how exposed the space is and we will match the material to it.
